previous years i needed premium, now i do not, how do i switch to basic or the next? It states there is a place to switch in menu at left, but I dont see that

When you open your return, be sure to select Income or another category to add or change something in your return. You don't have to change anything.

Once you do you will see the following portion of the menu on the left, towards the bottom.
