Thanks NC. First Tech couldn't resolve the issue and a second Tech couldn't resolve the issue either. The download buttons are black and not blue on the download account page. Non-clickable so to speak. I thought I had ordered a CD like I normally do. Maybe this time I didn't. In any case, the Tech was going to send the issue up the chain, but I mentioned and opted to use a CD again, instead. Turbo could have at least paid for the postage.... LOL!
