Is their a poverty level tax credit for 2020 filing year, and if so where can I find it?

There is no such tax credit on a federal tax return.

Are you asking about some State tax credit?  The Federal Earned incomed Credit?  The Premium Tax Credit?

The Nova Scotia Poverty Reduction Credit?  This is the USA tax forum.

None of those, my son says he got a poverty tax credit in the past and he wants me to try to get it again this year. I can't find anything like that anywhere and I think he took credit for some tax credit, or maybe he just doesn't know what he did.

I don't see anywhere that I can get him any kind of tax credit, he only has unemployment income.

While I am at it are they automatically refunding the withholdings on the UE from the extended program for Gig workers?
