Posting interest from a US Series I Savings Bon

I have interest in a 1099-INT from the Dept of the Treasury.  When I try to post it to the 1099-INT section in my TT Home and Business - 2024 - it asks for a bank and a payee.  There is no bank!  How do I proceed?  If I go to the Bonds section, it mentions a 1099-B, which is NOT what I have!
