Portland Arts Tax attached to my Oregon return. Can you help me get this off my State Tax Return?

I know this is separate from the Oregon return but can't figure out how to separate it off of Turbo Tax.

You can file it through the program or pay it separately. If you do not want it to be part of your return, you will need to change your answers so that you are not a Portland resident and not subject to the tax. 

Go back through the OR return and change your answers.

Once changed, view your forms to ensure it is gone. You may need to delete the form.

If you are using:

• Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TTO?
•  Desktop: If you are working in the cd/download TurboTax program:
  1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button. 
  2. Click on FORMS.
  3. Locate the form you want to delete.
  4. Click on the form name.
  5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button
