I can't install TurboTax 207 Deluxe Ed. [Amazon Exclusive] for some reason. I haven't had any problem with any other TurboTax last 10+ years, and I haven't had any problem with any other program installation recently. The error message is as follows:

ApplicationController: MSI Install Exception occured: Installer Service can't be accessed

Microsoft Installer error: 1719, with code 1719
