If you had a garnishment of funds from a bank account there is nothing that anyone from TurboTax can do since that is a legal response for payment of prior debts owed.
They are saying that my taxes weren't paid, but turbo tax did send it. I just need a confirmation number but I can't get a hold of any human.

TurboTax does not send or pay the federal taxes owed. If you selected Direct Debit from your bank account to pay the federal taxes owed, that information is entered on and sent with your e-filed tax return. Once the return has been accepted by the IRS it is the IRS that debits your account.
Go to this IRS website for your tax account to see any taxes owed or paid - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account
