I downloaded and paid for Turbo Tax Premier 2016 but now I find it won't download to Windows XP. What should I do?

I can try the online version, but will I get a refund on this?  And, I don't want to submit online, so can I still use it?

TT 2016 will not work on XP.

Thanks for your response.  I went ahead and tried the online TT and it worked pretty well.  Need to try to get my payment refunded for the original, though.

Did you purchase the download directly from TurboTax?  If so, you can use this online refund request form.  If you purchased the download elsewhere, you can still use the form but will need to submit a copy of the receipt.  It will tell you how.
