The experience from Turbo Tax so far has been horrible. Appreciate the link to the customer service -- but it is a generic help page with a phone number. I was a given a specific link to submit a request for a refund for the expert review. When I submitted a refund, it was immediately rejected - without any links or instructions to appeal or escalate. It would have been a lot easier to follow up from the refund rejected email itself - with full context for the issue. Now I am calling the customer service number (which I already knew) and the first thig the system tells me is I have not filed my return. I already know I have not filed a return. And there are no instructions to ask for the right help. The voice recognition could not help me talk to agent. After 20 minutes to fight with the help number, I am in queue now with the wait time between 15 and 55 minutes. Really???
Got to be worst customer experience.
