Payment to turbo tax using a card no longer in use
I called yesterday 3 times and got no where. I went and tried to get into the site given 3 times and got no where. The people I talked to couldn't change anything over the phone and wasn't allowed to. So trying to get turbo the $30 that is owed, which was to be taken out when we got our refund and haven't received yet, they want the money now. I don't have the time to sit at computer or be on the phone all day to try and get this matter taken care of. I spend more than a hour yesterday on the phone and had enough.

djthomas040447 Wish you luck on this cause this is what I tried to do with turbo also. I spent more than a hour between the phone and the computer trying to change my information due to having a new debit card since we filed our taxes.
