Payment I don't have the money right now

If you don't want to pay the tax you now, you can indicate that you will pay by mailing a check.  You can then pay when you have the money either by mailing a check or by online payment on IRS.gov.   If possible, you should pay any tax owed by April 15 to avoid penalties and interest.  If you can't pay the entire amount, make a partial payment.  If you aren't able to pay when April 15 arrives you might want to set up a payment plan with the IRS.  For more information see the following IRS online informaiton:  What if I can’t pay my taxes?

Payment I don't have the money right now

@brianmoore40189-

By "payment" it's not clear if you are referring to taxes owed or to the TurboTax product fees.  If you are referring to the fees, here's some info:

To review your fees, open your return interview, and in the left menu column, choose TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.   In the Tools Center window, choose MY FEES.

Be aware you are paying for a higher product option--LIVE Deluxe.   That Live feature costs more than regular Deluxe.  The LIVE products include help from a tax expert during return preparation, and a review of your return by a tax expert prior to filing.    If you don't need and haven't used the Live option, you might be able to remove the Live portion and save some money (see FAQ below).

NOTE:  The following won't apply if your question is in regard to paying for taxes owed.
But if you referring to paying fees, and if you have a Federal refund, product fees can also be paid out of the Federal refund, but there is an additional $40 service fee for that option ($45 in California.)   You'll avoid that $40/45 service fee by declining that option and paying upfront.
