Paid TurboTax twice

Hi, I have been charged twice for TurboTax?? How do I get a refund for one of them? Once was 3/6/2025 amount is $74.66 order # TTWCSWB698159834 and the other one was on 3/17/2025 in the amount of  $54.10 order # TTWCSWB909814761 cause when I went back in to finish my taxes it went to the screen to pay again. After I was done I thought I had paid it already and I looked in my checking account and yes I did already pay. How long does it take to get my money back for the first one???? Thank you, Tami

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
