Because you won (earned) income in Oklahoma, you are required to pay income taxes in Oklahoma.  Because Texas does not have an individual income tax, you cannot claim a credit for income taxes paid to Oklahoma on a Texas income tax return.   Whether or not you will owe additional tax to or receive a refund from Oklahoma will depend on how much income, deductions, and credits you have for the year.
