I did my 2022 taxes and paid for them at completion. However, it never did show complete but I did get a receipt finally and it did take it out of my checking account. However, it want me to pay $138 AGAIN before I can file it with the government.

You do know that you cannot e-file 2022, right? It has to be filed by mail. Print, sign and date it in ink, and mail in your 2022 return.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I went to the link of FAQ to ask for help but all I see is already answered questions. I need to speak with someone directly about this question. I do not see where I can write down my specific question. I need step by step instructions once I click on the link you provided. Your website is very, very difficult to use.
I went to the link but all I see are lots of questions that do not relate to the problem I am having. And yes, I typed in billing. I need to know how to ask a question specifically about my issue of paying for a service but it says I still owe it even though it has been deducted out of my checking account. And I do know that I have to mail the tax forms.

Did you use the key words Billing Issue when asked for the problem?
