Paid for reseach study but no 1099-MISC

My wife and I were paid to participate in memory studies.  We each received about $400, so did not get issued 1099-MISC forms.  How can I enter these into TurboTax?  Everywhere I try expects me to have received a 1099.

Less Common Income (last option)

Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C    START

Other reportable income    Start  (last option) 

Second screen ask for description and amount, no tax form needed.
