Paid for federal and now won't efile

Are you getting a specific error when trying to e-file? If so, what is it?

I originally e filed state and federal.  federal and state was rejected.  changed to mail federal and now cannot efile state.  how do i get my $25 for state efile back since i now have to mail return?
