I want to order the 2024 turbo tax on line but I am concerned that it does not allow me to download my financial information from last years taxes. Last year my online version did not allow this. If I order on line will this version have that capability please respond to joenblasi@gmail

@joenblasi   Both the Online browser versions and Desktop installed programs let you import even last year's program.  Don't know what problem you had last year.  Did you try asking for help last year?  If you buy the Desktop program it has several advantages over the Online version.  

Or are you asking about Transferring from your 2023 return into 2024?  You can do that too.  Even from Online to Desktop or Desktop to Online.
