You can enter an overpayment from your 2017 taxes in the following location:

1.) Federal Taxes

2.) Deductions and Credits

3.) Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

4.) Other Income Taxes

5.) Scroll down to the section that says 2017 refund applied to 2018
