Overpaid amount with filing extension

Hello. I filed an extension for 1120S. I paid an estimated tax at that time. It turned out that I dont owe any business tax for 2019. I see that TurboTax applied that amount towards 2020 tax return even though I selected the box not to apply the overpayment towards 2020. I am planing to dissolve this company this year so I will not owe any tax in 2020. I will prefer IRS to refund me that money.

What should I do so that I receive a refund instead of applying it towards 2020 tax return?

Do I need to change anything in TurboTax Business?

Thank you
