I purchased the Premier version of TurboTax which comes with one free state. When I filed Inuit charged me $27 for filing the state return. I guess the only way to get this resolved is to post this on a public forum. I hope a Inuit rep gets back to me. If not, I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which makes me less likely to use TurboTax next year.
