Out of pocket medical expenses

I did not pay more than 7.5% out of pocket for medical expenses, so I can't itemize them on my federal return, but can I deduct what I spent on my GA return?

Out of pocket medical expenses

No, in Georgia, you can take either a standard deduction or itemize deductions, but you must use whichever deduction — standard or itemized — you used on your federal return.
