Our health care for our family is in my wife's name. I'm self-employed and Turbo Tax is stating that the documentation needs to be supported in order to deduct. How?

If your insurance is in your wife's name, then it would not be deductible by your business.  It would need to be in your name or the business name.  You could not support the deduction were the IRS to question it.
