Our company taxes got rejected

What kind of company?  You're posting from Self Employed...do you mean your personal return that includes your self employment income got rejected?

"our company"  Is it a C Corp, S Corp, Partnership, or multi-member LLC?
And what is the rejection message/code?

so what happen was i did my personal taxes before and now i was doing my company taxes and from what i was told from turbo tax was to do the self employment for the company business s we did but now got rejected bcuz my info is on the sel employment taxes since my personal taxes was done already idk if it makes sense for u guys

Self employed business file their business along with the personal return...you don't file 2 different returns.....so if youre trying to file the business alone on another personal return, that's why its being rejected.   You will need to Amend your personal return to include your business income and expenses.
