Our 30 yr old daughter lives at home except when on short term missions overseas. We provide her principal support year round. Can we claim her for the year?

She has epilepsy and works part time when home.
Her income is less $7,000. She is not declared as disabled, but is unable to drive. We provide for all her basic needs. She was overseas for a little over 3 months last year.
