Other than the voucher I printed out, is there any other documents that need to be included in my payment to the IRS?

If you efiled your return and TurboTax did not specifically say in the filing instructions that there were forms you needed to mail, then the only thing you need to mail with your payment is the payment voucher for 2018 taxes.
