Other taxable income for the taxpayer/spouse should have a value

During Smart Check for Federal Taxes, I got following:
Check This Entry

Other Income Statement: Other taxable income for the taxpayer or other taxable income for the spouse should have a value.

Other Taxable income-TP: (a text box)

OK, I have no idea what's for or what/which file I should look up to decide if I should fill that.  Any suggestion on what's that?  Any specific tax form I should check or manually delete?

Other taxable income for the taxpayer/spouse should have a value

OK, it's line 12 "Other taxable income: Tax Exempt Income on line 1" of Form "Other Income Statement" for Schedule 1 line 8.  Line 1 of Schedule 1 is "Taxable refunds, credits, or offsets of state and local taxes", and the amount of 0.   So, I put 0 for line 12 to fix the error.

Could be housing expenses on W-2 or 1099-MISC.
