An order number indicates that you paid for the return, not that you filed it.
If you want to check that you filed for TurboTax Online you will need to sign in to your account and check the first page you come to. If you have filed the page will tell you whether the returns are Accepted, Rejected, or Pending. If a return is Rejected you will need to follow the links and correct the error.
