Order of Married Couple on Return

I just downloaded Turbo Tax and am using it for the first time in years. I am preparing taxes, but I want to be listed as spouse on the return. How do I manage this? Do I have to start all over? I'm not that deep into adding info. Please advise.

It confuses the IRS if you change the order of the names on your joint return. Keep the names in the same order you have used in the past. It does not matter who made more income. Your tax due or refund are not affected by the order of the names.

Yes if you have the Desktop program just start a new return and enter your spouse first. When Turbo Tax says You it means either of you so you don’t need to answer about yourself. Go up to File-New tax return.
