I keep getting the same error message when trying to link to my credit karma account to receive a refund advance, also get the same message when trying to login to my spend account in browser.
About to just give up and go to H&R block after using TurboTax for years.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
