OPM CSF 1099-R SURVIVOR ANNUITY

Hi,

My Mom is receiving my Dad's OPM pension as a Survivor (Dad passed in 2024) and received her OPM CSF 1099-R (Civil Service Survivor Annuity).

Wages & Income

Where is this distribution from?

One of these retirement providers:

Federal Government Pension

I may be over-thinking this...

Even though my Mom didn't "earn" the pension herself,  do I still check the box that it's a Federal Government Pension, or do I check the box "None of the Above?"

Yeah...overthinking....it's still considered a US Govt pension.
