"Oops, it looks like we're missing some of your personal information: State Zip code" this is the error i am getting when trying to file. I have already entered my foriegn address
I changed my address in my "personal" info to reflect my credit card billing address. Once the payment went through, I changed my address in Personal Info back to Japan address. Now it's asking me for my State and Zip code and advising me to go back to personal info to uupdate there. What am I supposed to do now to e-file? Should I give up on it and paper file?

When you went back to change it back, you did enter it in the international mailing address fields, right? Be sure you didn't try to enter it in the US mailing fields.

Can you phone the US without much cost (you might be on-hold a long time)? TurboTax Support opens at 5 AM Pacific, and that's usually an easier time to get in.

Actually you cannot clear and start over a return that has been paid for.

If you go to MY ACCOUNT > PRINT CENTER you'll get the opportunity to print or download your docs -

If I print and file, would it consider incomplete in your file when I try to file for 2016 tax return? Actually, could you advise how to fix this issue? How could we get rid of this error message and complete the filing Steve?

If you can phone the USA inexpensively, you can speak to TurboTax Support. Be aware that you may be on-hold a while, so phone charges can add up.
To get a phone number for TurboTax Customer Support, fill out the small form at the link below. Enter a short question or a few keywords. You will be assigned a phone number based on your issue. The phone number will not display when they are closed.

I wish I knew how to get rid of the error message. I will print and file via mail today or tomorrow. Got to get my refund in the works before my Japan taxes come due on 4/15...

Same problem for me in 2017. Clearly TT isn't bright enough to fix the bug, nor do they care. NEXT!
