One out of two dependents show up on State Return

Married filing jointly. Our two children are listed in the federal return, but when I get to the LA state return (specifically under the education/tuition deduction portion) only our son shows up and there doesn't seem to be a way to add another.  Is this going off the 2021-2022 school year tuition paid (technically paid for in 2021) or any tuition paid in 2022? 

To sum it up, we paid for private school tuition for both our son and daughter for the 2022-2023 school year (tuition paid in full in 2022) but only our son shows up for the deduction on the LA State return.
