Certainly; your dependent can file her own separate tax return, even if you claim her as a dependent on your tax return.  That is absolutely allowed under the law, and is a perfectly normal occurrence.

If using TurboTax online, you will need to have her create her own (brand new) unique account, with her own username and password.  With our filing system, each customer needs their own online TurboTax account (with the exception of two taxpayers filing together as Married Filing Jointly).  That said, up to five customer accounts can share the same email address for registration purposes.

So, to have your dependent file, one method is to simply return to the TurboTax homepage, and create a brand new account from there.  Answer the new user questions carefully, and as she progresses through the tax return Q & A process, she'll eventually come to a screen that asks if she is being claimed as a dependent on another taxpayer's return.  (It will look very much like the screen-capture image below this text; simply click to open.)

She will want to answer "yes" to those questions, and then she can continue to prepare her tax return normally, answering the TurboTax inquiries, and inputting her W-2 wage data as necessary.

Thank you for asking this important question.
