I had 3 w2 but they came differently, two of my w2's came in the same time. so I decided to file the two w2's while waiting on the last one to come. The last one came I am trying to add it but it seem

When you say you filed the 2 w-2's, did you submit your tax return, or did you just start your return and save it so you could add the additional w-2?

I submitted it and it's been approved before receiving the new one. But I can't see the last one I updated  and don't know what to do.

Once you file a return nothing can be changed. You will need to Amend to add the other w-2. First you will need to wait and see if your return is Accepted or Rejected by the IRS. If the return is Rejected you can go back in and fix the mistake without amending. If the return is Accepted you will need to WAIT until you receive your refund and then Amend.
