Once I've filed my return for 2018, where can I enter projected income for 2019 for quarterly estimated taxes? I expect my income to be significantly higher than 2018

There's a section in the program for that: Federal Taxes tab / Other Tax Situations / under Other Tax Forms is Form W-4 and estimated taxes. Click No to the W-4 stuff and you will get to the Estimates screen.
