Once I’m done and decide to print it and mail it is there anything else I need to fill out? Before sending it or just mail it?

Be sure to follow the instructions included on the first page of your print out (don't forget to sign your return!). If you follow those instructions and include all requested paperwork listed there your return should be complete.
