Once i finished my tax run through. It states my total refund and I downloaded the tax file. Is there anything else I need to do ? Or will i get an email?

Once you have completed filing out the returns and electronically filed, there is nothing else you need to do for the moment. You will receive and email when your returns have been accepted by the IRS and your state. If there is an issue with your returns, you will also be notified and given instructions on what to do.
