On vouchers, I paid 4 quarterly pre-payments to Oregon during 2016 of $365 each against my 2016 tax bill. Total $1460. I can't find where I got credit for this amount.
TurboTax says I owe Oregon tax due $442. Is that in addition to the $1460 I already paid?

If you paid state estimated state taxes to Oregon, you need to enter them on your tax return. They will reduce your state tax liability.
Estimated state taxes paid in 2016 are entered in the Federal Taxes section. They will flow through to your state return.
You can enter the estimated state taxes you paid by following these steps:
- In TurboTax, open your tax return and click on Federal Taxes, then Deductions & Credits
- Under All Tax breaks, locate the section named Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show more
- Click on Start next to Estimates
- On the next page, click Start next to State estimated taxes for 2016 (see attached screenshot).
