On TurboTax for Business 2025 - Print file is different than pdf

When I do a print on my business tax return, when selecting print , I see page 1 of the K-1 filled out, when I chose pdf, the page is blank.  What am I doing wrong?

This experience can be due to your computer set up. Try these steps:

1. Exit TurboTax
2. Turn off (or pause) your VPN and anti-virus software.
3. Restart TurboTax and accept updates.
4. Open your return and view Schedule K-1 as a PDF.

I tried your suggestion as much as I could.  I do not have a VPN so did not do that.  I removed Webroot (my primary) and McAfee which was downloaded  when I downloaded Adobe in trying to get this to work (MsAfee downloaded yesterday).  Still the page was not showing.  Then I downloaded as a pdf, right clicked and opened with Adobe, when I arrived at the 1st page of the K-1, I could see it then I received a popup that said "An error exists on this page.  Acrobat may not display the page correctly.  Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."  I was able to print the document (although it temporarily stopped printing but resumed) but will it transmit correctly?  Also, is there a "real Fix" for this?  Thank you for your help.

If the form displays when you open it in TurboTax Business using Forms Mode, the form will be complete when you e-file the return.

This experience has been reported for further investigation, though it is unlikely a resolution will be available before the filing deadline.

Th federal has been accepted but the KY return is still pending

KY sometimes takes up to 7 days after the federal is accepted. KY verifies a few things before accepting. Starting in April, bank accounts must exactly match your return.

If it has been 3 days since the federal was accepted, check KY again at refund.ky.gov.
