On the W2, Box 1 is less than Box 3 and box 5. Box 3 and 5, are sick pay or short term disability. TurboTax is not adding this dollar amount to the tax form.

That is correct just the way it is on the W-2 ... do not change anything and do not expect the program to change anything either. If boxes 1 & 2 of the W2 are zeros then do NOT enter this W-2 in the program at all .
