On the online software, how do I get a table of forms so I can pick and choose what I want to work on rather than having to go through the list of questions?

You can't get forms but you can jump around.  Just click on like Federal then Income or Deductions then find the section you want to enter.  There are shortcut links if you type the right text into the search bar it will give you a Jump to Link.

Like to get to the 1099-R entry screen is to simply search for 1099-R (upper- or lower-case, with or without the dash) in your TurboTax program and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results.

If you want to see a list of most topics and either scroll through or search the topic list,  you can do it this way:

• With your return open, go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
• In the Tools popup window choose TOPIC SEARCH.
• A new popup will show a list of topics you can scroll through, or you can use the topic search line in that popup to skip to a selection in the list.
• Find your topic in the selection list, highlight, and click GO.

I don't know if every single topic is listed there, so you still need to be sure you have covered everything that your situation requires.
