Are you on the Advantage
plan? You get both the CD and the Download .
As a
courtesy to our CD customers, a download is also included as part of your
purchase. This means once the product does start to ship in November,
instead of having to wait for your CD to arrive, you can download your copy
right away to your computer. Just log into your TurboTax Advantage
account and look for My Downloads. Just like the CD, which can be
installed on supported Mac and Win operating systems, we include a download for
both Mac and Win.
Credit Card Accounts will be charged from 11/07/2017
– 11/09/2017.
11/08/17 - Downloads are added to all the
customer's account, regardless if they're CD or Download customers.
11/13/17 to 11/14/17 - CD orders will begin to
ship.
11/27/17 - Expected in-home delivery date for
CDs
... however a warning to the users
... the current download is only a beta version based on the current tax laws
which doesn't take into consideration the possible tax law changes that are
being discussed in congress. And the program will not be fully operational
until late January to early March depending on what congress does do.
