On my tax return, where is Schedule B for Interest and Dividends? I had one item on that and I do not see that. Also affordable Health Care Act page?

Where are these documents in my return?  Is it possible they are not necessary?  Please let me know.

A Schedule B doesn't have to be filed with your return unless your interest or dividends are more that $1,500.

There is no specific form that has to go with your tax return that is a Health Care Act page.
