On form 8962, for October, November and December I switched from a gov't marketplace to an employer plan. It wont let me enter $0 on those lines, what to do?

On form 8962, for October, November and December I switched from a gov't marketplace to an employer plan. It wont let me enter $0 on those lines, what to do?

If you do not have entries for the months October through December - or if your form 1095-A has zeroes - please leave those boxes blank in TurboTax.
