If you have e-filed your tax return you are not required to mail any documentation unless instructed to so by the TurboTax program. The goal of e-filing is to eliminate as much paperwork as possible.
You mention that you owed taxes and your pay was accepted. If you scheduled to have your payment deducted from your Checking/Savings account or you set up a payment plan you are all set.
However, if selected the option to mail in your tax payment you would then need to mail the payment form along with your check. In this case the TurboTax program would have you print out the Instructions page along with the form.
