If you have not received your refund from your State, you need to check your State's website for information on when or if your refund was processed. If you choose to have your refund on your debit card then that is the information sent to your State. TurboTax does not get any more information regarding a return or refund once your return has been accepted.
If you moved then it is your responsibility to notice your State that you moved. If you had your refund deposited on a card and have not received the card, you need to contact their customer service department for help on replacing your card.

LOST CARD
Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
