NY State CT-34-SH

How do I find the amount for CT-34-SH Part 1, Line 1, NY State Franchise tax imposed under article 9a?

 

When I went through the Step-by-step instructions, Turbo Tax did not fill in this amount and when I review for Errors, it asks for this amount and has the form marked as "incomplete".
