Noticed when i printed my tax return for 2022(e-filing) the signatures and date was missing is this normal?

Yes that is normal.  When you e-file there is no physical signature on the Form 1040.  You signed electronically by entering your AGI or PIN.  If someone like a lender or FAFSA ever asks you for a "signed" copy, use a pen and sign it to keep them happy.

An e-filed tax return will not have a physical signature on the Form 1040.  When e-filing your electronic signature is the 5 digit E-file PIN and the 2021 AGI you entered.
