Nothing happens when I click the File by Mail Option. I don't qualify for electronic filing. I keep going in circles.

Nothing happens when I click the File by Mail Option. I don't qualify for electronic filing. I keep going in circles.

Try the below steps to get "un-stuck": 

Log out of Turbo Tax and close out of your browser.  Then, clear your cache and delete your cookies.  Open up your browser window and go back into Turbo Tax.  This should have fixed your issue.  Please see below on how to clear your cache and delete cookies:
