Note on TT says too much SS tax wh on W-2.

My employer took out too much social security tax. They realized this and the payroll company made adjustment and filed a new 940/941.   They will be getting a refund to share with employees.  Turbo Tax gave me a message during my processing that "it looks like your due a refund from your employer.".  I know they withheld too much. The W-2 is correct.  Can I just continue?

Yes. This is just to alert you that you are due money back from your employer. You already know, so disregard the message.
